The Government and Community Affairs Office develops and facilitates USU's relationship with local governments as well as neighboring communities and local businesses and organizations.
 
These interactions build support for USU's unique mission. They also create partnerships that advance the military-focused medical scholarship learned on this campus and practiced across the globe.
 
Furthermore, the Government and Community Affairs Office acts as a central gateway for individuals interested in learning more about the university's sophisticated academic programs, outstanding alumni, robust research portfolios and extensive community outreach programs.
