The Research Development Course introduces the research process to military nurses who are interested in research but need education and mentoring on identifying a research question or planning a research study.

The EBP Course provides an overview of the critical need for evidence-based practice to advance nursing in military treatment facilities.

Event: Research and EBP Grant Camp
Location: Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA
Research and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Grant Camp is designed for novice nurse scientists and graduate (master's and doctoral) nursing students who plan to submit a research or EBP grant application in response to a TSNRP Call for Proposals. It includes a modest amount of didactic content about grantsmanship and a substantial time during which attendees apply the didactic content to continue writing their applications on the appropriate grant application forms.

Location: San Antonio, TX
The Research and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Dissemination Course will include presentations by military nursing leaders and other experts, a poster session, research methodology and education sessions, and a variety of networking opportunities. The course is open to active duty, Reserve, and National Guard military Nurse Corps officers.
