Interim Progress Report
Interim Progress Reports provide useful information on the start-up of your study. Use the report template as a guide.
Some information requested in the template may not be available after only six months, but you should provide detailed information on your activities, progress, problems, and potential resolutions.
You may need to amend your initial proposed timeline. If so, ensure that the submitted timeline reflects these changes.
Provide an official budget from your grantee organization. If you have not received a start letter, you cannot spend award funds. You may, under specific conditions, have requested and received an early disbursement of funds. If so, indicate this in your report.
If you have requested amendments to your initial proposal, state that you requested and received approval from TSNRP and on what date.
Please submit one original (with signature) and two copies of each report. You will be notified in writing of receipt of your report within 15 business days. You will receive the final assessment of your report within 60 days. If you do not receive a response, contact your grantee organization.
Submit your report on time. Late reporting violates the grant terms and conditions and may be viewed negatively at programmatic reviews for future funding.
Your Interim Progress Report is due six months after award start date.
Your mentor must evaluate your progress toward stated educational goals, the study's progress, the plan for study completion, and other pertinent requirements. Your mentor must sign and date your Interim Progress Report.
