As a service to current and incoming USU students and their families, the Student Spouses Club provides information about housing in the D.C. area collected from USU students
The Available Housing Document lists housing currently available for rent or sale. Please be sure to note listing date, as the SSC is not alerted to when housing is no longer available.
If you would like to list your home in the Available Housing Document, please download our Housing Information Form and submit to email@example.com. All submissions are subject to review prior to listing, and all properties may not be listed.
For more information about housing close to USU, please contact the Navy Housing Referral Office at 301.295.1138.

The Defense Commissary Agency operates a worldwide chain of commissaries providing groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families in a safe and secure shopping environment. Authorized patrons purchase items at cost plus a 5% surcharge, which covers the costs of building new commissaries and modernizing existing ones. Shoppers save an average of more than 30 percent on their purchases compared to commercial prices — savings worth more than $4,400 annually for a family of four.
