Blackberry/Cellphones

Steps to obtain approval for USU Blackberry/Cellphones

  • Submit your blackberry/cellphone request in the USU Service Desk application https://ususervicedesk.usuhs.edu/
  • Select: Create a Request
  • Under the field "Request Area": Select Acquisition> Blackberry> New
  • In the description include: Type and Model of cellphone to be purchased.

The Network Operations Center (NOC) will provide pre-approval and forward the request to ASD for final approval.
