USU/AFRRI will open on time, and all employees, faculty, and students are expected to report for work and class as scheduled.
This means USU/AFRRI will open on time, but nonemergency employees may take annual leave, accrued compensatory time, or leave without pay (LWOP) without the prior approval of their supervisors. Employees must inform their supervisors, in accordance with established procedures, if they plan to take leave. Employees designated as essential personnel (all military and civilian students, faculty personnel, and teaching support staff with teaching and/or clinical responsibilities for that day) or as emergency personnel are expected to report for work on time.
This means USU/AFRRI will be delayed in opening by the number of hours designated in the President?s announcement. Nonemergency employees will be excused without loss of pay or leave consistent with the number of hours designated in the announcement. Employees designated as essential personnel (all military and civilian students, faculty personnel, and teaching support staff with teaching and/or clinical responsibilities for that day) are expected to report for work on time, unless otherwise authorized. Classes may be rescheduled, if delayed or canceled, by the Dean, SOM and the Dean, GSN and announced to the faculty and students.
