Visitors must have a military or government agency ID to get on base and should be prepared to show 2 forms of ID.

If a USU visitor has neither a military or government agency ID, a request (via email)a request for access to the base must submitted by a USU employee on the visitor's behalf to NNMC Security at least 2 days in advance of the planned visit.

Requests for access will continue to be submitted to nnmcaccess@med.navy.mil. The following exact format and information is required for any individual to be added to the access list (Lists MUST be formatted with Last Name, First Name in alphabetical order):

  • Date of Access
  • Visitor's Name (Last Name, First Name) No hyphen for each name
  • Company
  • Destination on Base
  • Sponsor's Name (First Name Last Name) & Telephone Number

Keep in mind that the DAILY ACCESS LIST is given to the gates by 0600. Any requests received after 0400 of that day can not be assured an easy access.
