Visitor Access
Visitors must have a military or government agency ID to get on base and should be prepared to show 2 forms of ID.
If a USU visitor has neither a military or government agency ID, a request (via email)a request for access to the base must submitted by a USU employee on the visitor's behalf to NNMC Security at least 2 days in advance of the planned visit.
All requests must go through email and be received no later than 24 hours prior to the date of access. The following information is required for an individual to be added to the access list:
- DATE OF ACCESS
- VISITORS FIRST AND LAST NAME
- WHERE THEY ARE GOING ON BASE
- POINT OF CONTACT FIRST AND LAST NAME
- TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR POINT OF CONTACT
- PURPOSE OF VISIT
Keep in mind that the DAILY ACCESS LIST is given to the gates by 0600. Any requests received after 0400 of that day can not be assured an easy access.
