Special Visitor Parking
Special Visitor Parking is available for guests of USU. Spaces can be reserved as as early as 2 months in advance.
- Please call the Security Department (301)-295-3033 to request a parking space. The Security Personnel at the front desk will give you a space number. You can also come directly to the Security Department to reserve parking.
- Proceed to fill out the special visitor parking form. You can obtain the form from the USUHS web page or the Security Department located in building A Room # UP001.
- Once the form is completed you can hand carry the form to the Security Department or fax to (301)-295-1901.
Reminder
- When reserving parking you must immediately fax or hand carry your form to the security department.
- The form must be completed with space number, individual's name, organization, date of arrival, arrival time and departure, and the sponsor name and phone number.
- Spaces will not be held without the visitor's name.
- Please make sure you have accurate times on the request form. Spaces that are vacant for more than 1 hour will be released.
- If the visitor currently has a USUHS ID, they cannot receive a special visitor's parking space.
- 1 space per sheet
- 1 person per sheet
- E-mail request will not be accepted.
The Security Department is the only department that can grant Special Visitor Parking. When our spaces are booked you may obtain a temporary visitor's parking pass.

Instructions for filling out Special Visitor Parking Form:
Contact the Security Office at 301-295-3033 to receive a space number assignment.
Fill in the "SPACE NUMBER" blank and visitor information on the form. Specify the range of time your guest will need the space.
Fax, Mail or Deliver the Special Visitor Parking Form to the Security office. If no completed form is received the space will be reassigned.
