4th year Anesthesiology Clerkship/Sub internship Points of Contact: All students must print a student packet through Blackboard prior to starting their 4th year Anesthesia rotation. If you have difficulty with obtaining a packet, contact the Anesthesia Secretary in room C-1090 at 295-3140. It is the students' responsibility to ensure that an evaluation of their performance is returned both to the Registrar's Office and the Anesthesia Department. When scheduling electives, please be specific as to which of the 5 electives you are scheduling and provide a copy of your scheduled course to the Department of Anesthesiology. If there is a change of date or a cancellation for the scheduled rotation, a copy of that information must be provided to the Anesthesia Secretary in room C-1090.
