What to do if you have flu-like symptoms

If you think you have the flu (fever ≥ 100° F AND cough or sore throat) plan to stay at home. The Centers for Disease Control recommends if you have the flu you should stay home and avoid contact with other people until 24 hours after your fever is gone. Refer to the USU Uniformed Personnel Absentee Policy for Seasonal or Suspected H1N1 Influenza for further guidance.

Accessing Relay Health

Accessing the University Family Health Center (UFHC) just got easier! We have begun a service called Relay Health which allows you to securely communicate directly with your doctor and clinic staff. You may now reach your physician and our front desk staff online using a secure service called Relay Health. I encourage you to communicate with us directly about non-urgent healthcare needs such as questions about your health, your child's health, medication refills and lab results. The system currently does not support appointing by email, but that service may be available in the future.
