Guidelines:

  • 1. Send your Post Course Residual Reports within 30 days after your course. Post Course Residual Reports consist of:
    • Course schedule with all rotation schedules
    • All applicable candidate critique forms
    • Faculty disclosure handout list plus copies of any instructor financial disclosures not in electronic database

  • 2. Scan/e-mail your report to MTN.
     
  • 3. If you have any problem with a course, please talk to or contact via e-mail the ATLS Program Manager (here at MTN) or your service Chair on Trauma (COT) before contacting the ACS.
