Periodically, the University welcomes prospective students for tours of the campus and medical school. The Open House is a scheduled event running from 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. In cooperation with different departments at the university, the Office of Recruitment and Admissions coordinates several Open Houses, encompassing a presentation by the Associate Dean for Recruitment and Admissions, an Admissions Brief by the Director or an Admissions Counselor and a student panel with current USU medical students. There may also be an opportunity to view the movie "Fighting for Life, take a tour of the facilities or participate in a hands-on activity for small groups.
Family and friends are welcome to attend. All visitors will have to provide their full name so we can expedite access through base security. Dress is professional casual with comfortable walking shoes. No open-toe shoes.
You are welcome to bring your lunch. Pre-ordered lunch may be purchased for $10.00 each. Lunch include a sandwich, a wrap or salad; potato chips; a cookie; bottled water; mayo/mustard packets and a mint. Use the drop down menu on the registration form to select your lunch. They must be paid for in advance. Checks should be made out to JGB Café & Catering and sent to: USUHS, Office of Recruitment and Admissions, ATTN: LaRhonda Baker, 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Bethesda, MD 20814. Checks must be received one week before the Open House or your lunch order will be canceled.

You have not been registered for the Open House unless you receive confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, send notification by the deadline date to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: When registering by "Submit by Email" the information will be sent in an .xml format. The information from the form is collected and stored in an electronic database. Scanned or mailed are not accepted. If you have trouble using "Submit by Email", save the form to your hard drive using "Save As". You must save before filling out the form. Make sure you do not save to the "Temp" or "Temporary" directory. Completely fill out the form and register by attaching the form to an email and sending it to email@example.com
