Diseases of the stomach and duodenum: (1) upper gastrointestinal distress, nausea and vomiting related to gastric stasis; (2) peptic ulcer disease related to acid hypersecretory states, colonization by Helicobacter pylori, and/or use of Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory agents); and (3) gastric cancer and Helicobacter pylori infection.
