Anatomical Gift Program

The Procedure

The procedure for donating the body is simple and it involves the proper execution and distribution of Anatomical Gift Program forms. The forms, properly signed in the presence of witnesses, satisfy all requirements of the law governing anatomical gifts. Donors may include a section concerning disposition of their body or refer to these documents in a Last Will and Testament. The enclosed forms should be used even though donors bequeath their body in a Last Will and Testament. These forms are more likely to receive immediate attention after death.
