USU's Graduate School of Nursing celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2013. It was established in 1993 with the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and has since grown in size and scope. Now, the GSN has four Master of Science in Nursing programs, three Doctor of Nursing Practice programs and a Doctor of Philosophy program.
In celebration of her service to the Daniel K Inouye Graduate School of Nursing the Dean Hinshaw Scholarship and Recognition Symposium was held at the Uniformed Services University on Friday, June 27, 2014.
2013 marked the 20th Anniversary of the founding of the Graduate School of Nursing, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1993. The celebration of the 20th Anniversary and the Naming of the Daniel K. Inouye Graduate School of Nursing was held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in USU’s Sanford Auditorium.
