AVA Mission

  • Directs and manages the major support functions of CHR, including position management staffing, classification, recruitment, labor and employee relations, and information management systems
  • Oversees the provision of the full range of administrative support, facilities, and logistical services for the University to include repair and minor construction of facilities, maintenance, and grounds
  • Provides logistic services to University and AFRRI, including property accountability, design services, systems and regular furniture, catalogue, shipping and delivery services, including nitrogen gases, maintenance and calibrations of equipments, and maintaining the de-ionized water system
  • Responsible for the management of mail, transportation, duplicating, and records management for the University.

The following offices report to the AVA: Civilian Human Resources, Logistics, Facilities, and Administrative Services Division.
