| The workshop’s Program Committee will notify authors of submissions that have been accepted for poster presentation at the May 5–6, 2008 workshop.
Posters must be available for viewing on Monday and Tuesday (May 5–6) and will be assigned for defense in one of three poster sessions: 10:00–10:20 a.m. and 3:00–3:20 p.m. on Monday and 10:00–10:20 a.m. on Tuesday. The preferred method to mount posters on walls is by Velcro attachment. You should plan on putting your poster up between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. on those two days, and taking it down after 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday May 6. Any posters not removed by 6:00 p.m. will be removed by the Program Committee.
If you will be the presenting author, be sure that you have registered to attend so we may contact you with your poster location and other workshop details. We will notify you on or about Monday, April 28, regarding the time of your workshop session(s).
