Open—Register online. Due to limited seating capacity, we encourage early registration.
By March 31—Submit two required abstract files (Word and PDF formats) to be used for program planning purposes. Send via e-mail.
By April 10—The Program Committee will notify applicants whose submitted abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the May 5–6 workshop.

By April 17—Attendees not making presentations must register in order to be listed in the workshop’s program. Register here.
By May 5—Attendees not speaking at the workshop nor submitting a poster must submit their photography release form.
