Register for the in-person MEIR Course
Request training at an in-person MEIR Course as soon as possible to ensure registration. Confirmation will be e-mailed after receipt of your form.
 
U.S. or Allied military personnel, U.S. Department of Defense civilian employees, and Public Health Service uniformed personnel  
 
 
All others, including defense contractors and non-DOD civilians  
(please have your credit card information ready to pay $200 course fee)  
Register for the online MEIR Course
Request training via the online MEIR Course. Confirmation will be e-mailed after receipt of your form.
 
U.S. or allied military personnel, U.S. Department of Defense civilian
employees, and Public Health Service uniformed personnel.
NOTE: Although the online version does grant 6 CME or CNE credits,
its completion does not confer credit for completion of the MEIR Course.

Fees
• U.S. and allied military and DoD civilian personnel—Tuition waived (requires .mil address or an exception)
• All other personnel (including defense contractors)—$200 each for in-person MEIR Course.

Individual fees, if required, should be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
