The Distributive Learning (online) MEIR course is a 6-hour, abbreviated version of the standard 2.5-day in-person MEIR course. It is designed to teach the basics or serve as a refresher for those who have taken the in-person course or have prior knowledge of the material.
About the course—The postgraduate-level course is composed of six interactive modules as listed below.
Each module takes approximately one hour to complete. After finishing all six modules, there will be an exam to complete. An exam score of 80% is required to pass the course. Accreditation Nurses—This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the U.S. Army Nurse Corps Nursing Education Branch, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Six (6) CNE credits are provided for participation in this educational activity. No partial credit will be awarded.Who can participate—The online Distributive Learning MEIR is available to U.S. military personnel and Department of Defense Civilians only. Cost for participants—There is no cost for participation. How to register—The Distributive Learning MEIR Course is being offered on a quarterly basis.
